In addition to his construction field experience, Mr. Champion is also a veteran of the US Air Force and is a Board Member of "Business Queen Anne's".

FHA 203K for building contractors provides the contractor with a special niche with FHA lenders to provide construction services to home buyers where loans have been preapproved by the lenders for up to 110% of the purchase price plus new construction estimated costs.
